This is purely a Delivery based service also known as Swing Trading service but has a slightly a bigger target, here the holding period is possibly from 1 – 4 weeks, the idea is to buy and hold the stock until the target zone. I usually send the calls between Monday & Friday but only like the call and I see a trading opportunity
